• Gift Vouchers – Valid for 12 months. Please mention at the time of booking. Gift Vouchers can be upgraded or transferred to a different treatment, however are not redeemable on products.

• Booking Fee – Services over $100 require credit card details will be obtained to secure your booking.

• Cancelation Policy - If you happen to arrive late, we will need to complete the treatment at the scheduled time out of courtesy to other clients. If you are unable to make your appointment, please call to reschedule 24 hours before. Credit card details will to be obtained to secure a booking over $100 with a 50% charge for no show or late cancelation.

• Parking – Parking is available in front of the Clinic or underneath the building with the entrance below Grilled.

• Arrival Time – Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time to ensure a consultation form is completed and your treatment commences on time.
